I:m honoured and proud to let you all know that I was awarded with a 1st and 3rd place in the "Audience" category and a 2nd place in the "Live" category of this years Gaffa Photo Awards. My photos was chosen from 5000 entries sent in by 1000 photographers.
I:m also truly happy to see one of my favorite photographers Christian Roth Christensen win the "Portrait" category.

Thursday January 27th I was again able to photograph my friends in fantastic Jaga Jazzist.
This is a band I´ve been a fan of since the very beginning.They have change a lot during this time,but the passion and the will to continuously move forward is still the same. And in 2015 they relased the amazing and intriguing album "Starfire"
After touring all over the world with great reviews where ever they go, they were finally back in Norway.

Last week I was honoured to teach creative youths from the youth organisation VIBRO about "visual storytelling". They will use what they learned when they are creating a magazine for and about youths in Norway. I can`t wait to see the final product!!
Ellie Goulding liked my photo that I shot at the Slottsfjell festival 2015 so much that she made it her profile photo on Facebook and Vevo.

As humans, it’s pretty standard for us to get bored of repetition quickly. Which is part of the reason why we’re so attracted to the concept of Beauty. It’s so hard to define – it’s full of nuances, differences and variations, which is why it’s such a fun thing to photograph! The Huffington Post wanted to throw out the beauty rule book and show photos which show beauty redefined.
They have included my photo of the Norwegian rapper El Axel, I was there with him when he had his head tattooed.
